A Bit About Us……
Our past endeavors have included for Wendy; Banking, Revenue Canada, and when she met Stefan, she had become a pastry chef and began doing full service catering. As for Stefan, he started out as a Cabinet Maker and then made the transition to a Registered Massage Therapist. The rest is history. A friend had introduced us and we had volunteered on Oktoberfest committees together. After getting married we combined both self employed jobs into our lives, Stef mixed and stirred then had a full private practice, Wendy baked and did the reception duties and at the end of the day we would retire to second floor, to start all over again the next day! After visiting a friend for our first anniversary, and staying in our first B&B we decided that we might like to run a B&B down the road. Five years of getting up between 2-3 am went by and we decided to put our B&B plan into action and felt we needed a lifestyle change. Then the quest of finding the perfect house started. After 3 years of searching we had found our dream home where we now reside. We have been running the B&B since the fall of 2001 and have been enjoying every minute of it!
